Ms. Eyase is a legal practitioner with interest, investments and experience in litigation, governance, leadership, human rights, justice democratic processes, and community development. She is co-founder and Managing Partner at EKM Advocates LLP, leading the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, with expertise in litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution and the Alternative Justice System.
Over time, Ms. Eyase has polished her capacity through services offered at Simba & Simba Advocates and Kimondo Gachoka & Company Advocates prior to co-founding EKM Advocates LLP.
Her wealth of experience is also drawn from service at the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (KNCHR), where she served as Lead Researcher supporting the Committee tasked with implementation of the Taskforce Report recommendations on mainstreaming intersex persons in Kenya, as well as at the legal Directorate in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Kenya Human Rights Commission (KHRC), and as legal Secretariat to the Presidential Taskforce on Human Resources for Health.
She currently practices in Administrative & Constitutional law, Public Interest litigation, complex commercial litigation, employment and procurement dispute resolution, LegalTech, debt recovery, family law, ADR, and AJS processes.
Ms. Eyase currently serves as a Council Member, Law Society of Kenya (2026–2028 Council), where she convenes the Legislation and Law Reform Committee and chairs the Audit and Risk Committee.
